We offer virtual walk throughs for the majority of our properties. We will then show you the property personally, we do not carryout bulk viewings. We provide individual appointments so you have time to view and ask any questions you may have.

We ask that you to fill out the application form below. We do not operate as a first come first serve but consider all applications. If you are a successful applicant you will be offered the apartment 'subject to references' and a deposit requested at this time.

It is a legal requirement across the UK for all deposits to be registered with a 3rd party deposit scheme this protects your tenancy deposit and assists with any deposit disputes at the end of your tenancy. The company we use is “SafeDeposit Scotland”
